We are located in Monarch Tower, at the top of the ramp on Lenox Rd, across from the entrance to Saks Fifth Avenue at Phipps Plaza. It is the building with the New York Prime restaurant sign.

Driving

From Hartsfield International Airport (traveling North):

• Take I-85 North through downtown Atlanta.
• I-85 and I-75 will merge while going through downtown, and then split again. Stay on I-85 (left lanes).
• Continue to the off-ramp for GA 400, Exit 87, Buckhead.
• Take GA-400 North to Exit #2 Lenox Rd./Buckhead.
• At the end of the ramp turn right and stay in the far right lane, which becomes the turn lane into the Alliance Center and Monarch Tower parking decks. You will see a red “Aja” restaurant sign on the right.
• Turn right into the Alliance Center/Monarch Tower driveway, and then take your first left into the “Monarch Tower Parking” garage (with the BB&T bank sign).
• Visitors can park in unreserved spaces or visitor spaces. Visitor spaces are located on level P2 and P3.
• If you did not park on P3, take the parking garage elevator to P3, where the Monarch Tower lobby is located.
• After reaching the lobby, take the second set of elevators, Cookerly Public Relations is located on the 5th floor in Suite 500.

Driving on I-20 (East or West):

• Take I-20 into downtown Atlanta and watch for signs for I-85/I-75.
• Take I-85/I-75 exit and head North.
• I-85 and I-75 will be merged while going through downtown, and will then split. Stay on I-85 (left lanes).
• Continue to the off-ramp for GA 400, Exit 87, Buckhead.
• Take GA-400 North to Exit #2 Lenox Rd./Buckhead.

• Take GA-400 South to Exit #2 Lenox Rd./Buckhead.
• At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Lenox Road, cross over GA-400, and get in the far right lane, which becomes the turn lane to the Alliance Center (you will also see a red “Aja” restaurant sign there).
• Turn right into the Alliance Center/Monarch Tower driveway, and then take your first left into the “Monarch Tower Parking” garage (with the BB&T bank sign).
• Visitors can park in unreserved spaces or visitor spaces. Visitor spaces are located on level P2 and P3.
• If you did not park on P3, take the parking garage elevator to P3, where the Monarch Tower lobby is located.
• After reaching the Lobby, take the second set of elevators, Cookerly Public Relations is located on the 5th floor in Suite 500.

Driving South on I-85:

• Take the Cheshire Bridge/Lenox Road Exit (Exit #88).
• At the bottom of the exit ramp turn right onto Lenox Road.
• Follow Lenox Road for approximately 2 miles (passing Lenox Square Mall on the left) and continue straight across Peachtree Rd. onto Monarch Drive (up a ramp).
• At the top of the ramp, turn left into Monarch Tower. You will see a “New York Prime” restaurant sign as well.
• Enter the parking garage, and turn right. Visitors can park in unreserved spaces or visitor spaces. Visitor spaces are located on level P2 and P3.
• If you did not park on P3, take the parking garage elevator to P3, where the Monarch Tower Lobby is located.
• After reaching the lobby, take the second set of elevators. Cookerly Public Relations is located on the 5th floor in Suite 500.

Driving South on I-75:

• Take I-75 South to I-285 East. Take I-285 East to GA-400 South.
• Travel on GA-400 South (you will pay a 50 cent toll) to Exit #2 Lenox Rd./Buckhead (the first exit after the toll).
• Turn left at the end of the exit ramp, but stay in the second lane from the left.
• Stay in that lane as you travel under the traffic light, and then get in the far right lane.
• Stay in the furthest right hand turn lane (you will also see a red “Aja” restaurant sign on your right) and turn right into the Alliance Center/Monarch Tower driveway.  Our office is located in the first building on your left. You will see a BB&T bank sign immediately after the driveway to Monarch Tower.
• Follow the signs for “Monarch Tower Parking” by turning left into the 1st parking deck.
• Visitors can park in unreserved spaces or visitor spaces. Visitor spaces are located on level P2 and P3.
• If you did not park on P3, take the parking garage elevator to P3, where the Monarch Tower lobby is located.
• After reaching the Lobby, take the second set of elevators, Cookerly Public Relations is located on the 5th floor in Suite 500.

Transit Directions

MARTA

Traveling north or south to or from North Springs:

• Exit at the Buckhead Station
• After exiting the fare gates, walk through the station tunnel to the south side of Peachtree Road
• Catch the blue line BUC curbside on Peachtree Road (stop #8) to Alliance Center (stop #10). You will need to cross the driveway, heading towards the “Monarch Tower Parking” garage (with the BB&T bank sign). There will be garage elevators on the left (front) side of the parking deck to take you to the lobby.

Traveling North or South to or from Doraville:

• Exit at the Lenox Station
• Catch the green line BUC curbside on East Paces Ferry Road (stop #12) to Monarch Tower (stop #5)

The BUC:

• If you are on the blue line BUC exit at the Alliance Center (stop #10)
• If you are on the green line BUC exit at the Monarch Tower (stop #5)

This will drop you off in front of One Alliance Center. You will need to cross the driveway, heading towards the “Monarch Tower Parking” garage (with the BB&T bank sign). There will be garage elevators on the left (front) side of the parking deck to take you to the lobby.
